Full Body with Booty Modification
This 10 week program is designed to completley tranform your body. It will take you through 3 different phqses of training to help you see consistent results. Firstly you will do a stregnth phase, this will increase muscle density and give an incredible boost to your metabolism. Then you will move into a hypertrophy phase to grow the muscles and fill them out, finally you will define your look with higher intenisty workouts. This program is full body 3x a week and has 12 unique, isollation workouts specifially designed to help grow that booty! You will complete 2-3 booty days a week in addition to your full body days.
