Full Body Hypertrophy Program
This 10 week program is a 3-6 day a week full body program. It focuses on compound movements and allows you to tailor it to your own phyquique goals with the use of "Focus sessions". In Focus sessions you decide what body parts you want to work. The program takes you through 3 phases (strenght, build and define) desgined to create different adaptations in the body creating a well rounded physique. Please note: this program is for intermediate lifters. You should have solid movement patterns in all major compound movements before completing this program.
